Committees
Each committee has opportunities available to help during the evening, on weekends, during the school day and for any amount of time you are able to give! Every committee has tasks that can be completed at home, as well as together with the group. If you have time to spare, want to make new friends in the amazing PS 34 community, and want to support your child's education, considering joining one of our incredible committees!
Fundraising Committee
Our fundraising committee manages all of our big fundraisers over the course of the year including our Winter Auction, Pledge Drive, Read-A-Thon and other ongoing fundraising opportunities over the course of the year.
Wellness Committee
Our Wellness Committee is dedicated to supporting all students, faculty, and families to deepen overall emotional and physical health. Through mindfulness programs, our aim is to increase self awareness and build social emotional skills.
Merchandise Committee
Our merchandise committee helps our entire community look amazing while representing our school! You can help design new merchandise, sell merchandise at our events, manage order forms, help fulfill orders, and update our merchandise catalog.
Events Committee
Help plan, coordinate, and execute all of our fun, community building events. Events include Family Movie Nights, Sunday Socials, Spring Dance, Spring Carnival
Garden Committee
To maintain existing gardens and grow our green spaces for the benefit of our students, teachers and the greater community through educational use, beauty, recreation, and pollution mitigation. To provide habitat for local fauna.

Infrastructure and Outdoor Learning
Help build our outdoor classrooms, get the kids outside for lunches and help our school use its building and outdoor areas as best as we can.
